What is required to book an event?

A non-refundable 50% retainer fee and signed contract are required to confirm your date, the balance is due at least 21 days prior to your event.
What are your cancellation policies?

Payments are non-refundable. In the event of an emergency, you can rebook within one calendar year providing the new date is available.
What forms of payment do you accept?

Clients can pay using cash or via bank transfer.
Can we pick up rentals?

Certain items are available for pickup, Monday - Friday between the hours of 10 a.m. & 5:00 p.m. You can call to verify.
Do I have to return items cleaned?

No you don't, we just ask that you shake out any debris from the items rented.
